These Terms and Conditions (“AGB”) apply to all orders through the Belamore Collection online store at thebelamore.de. By ordering, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Availab
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
However, slight variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturer updates. Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and issue a full refund if necessary.
4. Prices and Payment All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€). Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown during the checkout process before the order is completed. We currently accept payment through: * Credit and debit cards via WooPayments ,PayPal, Apple Pay/ Google Pay, and Klarna.
5. Order Process and Contract Formation By clicking the button to place an order, customers submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email confirms that we have received the order but does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The purchase contract becomes effective once the products have been shipped or otherwise confirmed by us.
6. Shipping and Delivery Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are: * Germany: 2–5 business days * EU countries: 3–10 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional shipping costs may apply if orders must be resent due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect deliveries.
7. Right of Withdrawal Consumers within the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. Further details regarding the right of withdrawal can be found in our separate Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung).
8. Returns and Refunds Returns are subject to the conditions set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method after returned items have been received and inspected. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain sealed products, including cosmetic products, may not be eligible for return once opened, where permitted by applicable law.
9. Warranty Rights Customers are entitled to statutory warranty rights in accordance with German law. If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers should contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
10. Limitation of Liability We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages resulting from breaches of essential contractual obligations. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
